The Drama Club's- Happiness Begins
"The Fiasco Division's Happiness Begins in Slade Green: corridors filled with balloons, elders in school uniform scoring fantasy football penalties, a gorgeous video capturing individual moments of joy, Bollywood disco dancing, and a rousing chorus of Daydream Believer – proof that 'community arts' projects for teens and older people doesn't have to mean TV-inspired soap." D. Max Prior, Total Theatre Magazine.
The Drama Club's- Happiness Begins
January 2010 The Fiasco Division embarked on a four month intergenerational project that invited over 50's and
11 to 16 year olds from the London borough of Bexley to join them
to create a new piece of theatre.
Happiness Begins took the audience on a journey through dreams and fantasies, as the performers with the audience searched for happiness.
